The arcade was a hit with the kids and we loved the lazy river. Service at the pool bar was slow. Rooms could use some deep cleaning. Overall, a fun spot for families.

The arcade is huge and kept the kids entertained for hours. Check-in was confusing and took too long. the elevators are super slow. Nice rooftop pool with a lazy river for families. Rooms smelled a bit musty, and housekeeping was inconsistent with towels. decent for kids but could improve on service.

The rooftop water park was pure joy, with beachy vibes and friendly staff. Food was tasty and affordable, though the wait at the swim-up bar was a letdown—one bartender seemed overwhelmed and dismissive. Our room offered a stunning view, but it had quirks like a narrow tub and a non-draining sink. There was a hassle with noisy neighbors, yet the staff moved us quickly. Morning sunrises were magical. there were memorable moments—especially for the kids—but the service needs consistency. I'd consider coming back, hoping for smoother experiences next time.

Cleanliness is key, and the rooms in this resort had great potential. Spacious rooms, huge showers, and a friendly, helpful staff created a welcoming vibe. The pool and slides? A hit with the kids. The little coffee shop was a find. certain aspects need attention. Rooms showed signs of wear. A malfunctioning refrigerator affected our stay, and the balcony was in need of a sweep. Elevators? An exercise in patience. Prices surged unnecessarily. For nearly $1000, expectations faltered. With vital issues reported but unresolved, I can't overlook that. There’s promise here, yet it needs a serious refresh. Not quite a return destination for us.

The kids had a blast in the themed pool area and the arcade was huge. I enjoyed the coffee shop in the lobby - nothing beats grabbing fresh coffee before the rest of the family wakes up.
It wasn't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

This charming hotel boasts an ideal proximity to a variety of restaurants, casinos, and notable attractions, such as the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum just under 600 meters away and the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art less than a 15-minute walk, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and cultural discoveries; the friendly staff and tasty breakfast options enhance the overall experience, though it would be nice if the hotel featured a heated pool to maximize relaxation during cooler evenings.

The pool area is a fun spot with a nice lazy river. The large patio outside my room and the game area provide nice hangout options.
Check-in took way too long and my room wasn't ready on time.

Our family of 17 had a fantastic three-day stay. The convenience of on-site dining and the fun-filled arcade kept everyone entertained. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service, especially from Montana, made our experience memorable. Though some waterpark attractions were closed, overall, it was a delightful vacation.

This resort is awesome for those who love to explore, being just a few steps from fantastic dining options like the onsite restaurant and LandShark Bar & Grill, while also being close to landmarks such as the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum just 500 meters away and the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art a short stroll of around 1 km. I loved the convenience of everything from the pool to the arcade, making it a fun getaway for families and friends. However, the cleaning of the rooms could definitely use some improvement.

The pool area is a paradise with a lazy river and awesome slides that made for a fantastic day! I loved watching dolphins from my balcony - such a magical experience! Plus, the arcade kept us entertained for hours, and I could never get enough of the amazing poolside bar!
can just recommend 🥰🌊

I had a blast at the beachfront hotel with playful water features. Food options were classier than my wardrobe! Loved the arcade and friendly staff.
I almost auditioned for a hoarder reality show with the messy rooms.

Plus, the towels reeked, and we found a used water bottle in the room. Definitely not what we expected for the price!

The room had some comfort issues. The mattress was overly soft and placed on a wooden platform, making it uncomfortable. The air conditioning functioned well but was too close to the bed, creating a dusty vent. The noise levels were noticeable, especially on the 20th floor, with disturbances from neighboring rooms. The bathroom was decent but dated, with a half-broken shower. I appreciated the cleanliness and friendly staff, but the lack of a functional phone in the room made communication difficult. Elevators were slow, adding to the inconvenience. The room's size felt cramped for a family.

clean room, clean pool with an exceptional view of the Gulf of Mexico and quick service whenever we requested something.
Nothing negative to say.

The arcade games were off the charts - we played Super Mario Kart, felt like real racers! the rooftop waterpark views at sunset were sick, and the surround sound made us feel like we were in the game!
Yo, more party games at night would have been extra fun for us party animals.

Had a fun Easter break, the atmosphere was fantastic with hospitable staff members. Enjoyed the lazy river and water slides, plus the live music at the bar. Ken provided great tips for exploring the area. Convenient having everything in one spot.
Room wasn't ready upon arrival; faced delays and issues with service at the restaurant and bar.

During our xmas stay, we enjoyed the lively atmosphere and vibrant resort spaces. The arcade and water park provided hours of fun for our family. Mary at check-in was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our check-in process smooth and pleasant.
Our experience was marred by numerous issues. Housekeeping was lacking, with long wait times for service and unclean areas throughout the hotel.

The atmosphere at Margaritaville Resort was amazing. The tiki bar and view were fantastic. Despite the thin walls and water pressure issues, the overall experience was enjoyable. The kids had a great time as well. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

At the arcade, we had a blast playing classics like Super Mario Kart and air hockey, making unforgettable memories with our kids. The rooftop waterpark overlooking stunning sunsets provided premium 5.1 surround sound thrills for the family.
For dads, improved pool cleanliness would be great.

During our stay at Margaritaville in Biloxi, we were welcomed by the lovely Lady Sherry Queen, who made the check-in process a breeze. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant. The outdoor swimming pool was a hit with my grandsons, and the game room kept them entertained for hours. The staff, especially Andrea and Melissa at reception, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The wait times for the elevators were a bit long due to only having four for over 300 rooms. It was a minor inconvenience, but something that could be improved.

One of the best parts was the breathtaking view from our balcony. It was truly stunning and made our mornings enjoyable. The rooms being close together as we requested was also a plus, making it convenient for our family. The game floor was easily accessible, and my kids absolutely loved the water park and arcade. there were some areas that really needed improvement. The elevators were a major issue, with long wait times and being on the 19th floor made quick trips to the lobby difficult. The pillows in the room were very flat and uncomfortable, and not having regular housekeeping was a challenge for a family of 4 staying for multiple days. We had to hunt down towels and trash bags, which was frustrating. Despite the drawbacks, we did enjoy the on-site restaurants and the outdoor seating options. The atmosphere was lively with music playing all the time, creating a fun vibe. But overall, the experience was slightly dampened by the maintenance issues and lack of attention to detail in cleaning and room amenities.

the location is nice with a beautiful view of the gulf.
the bathroom was filthy and the room had nail clippings on the floor. we had issues with late checkout, even when other guests got it.
